*sigh* just did the same with an DL165 G5.

The annoying thing is that it did accept the wrong ILO key, but the KVM feature is not activated.

Now the wrong key cannot be deleted.
Tried using the webinterface and by trying "set /map1 license=0" through telnet, without success.

Anyone got a solution, or at least know who to contact at HP?

The "E-mail HP for product support" does not even have the DL165 in the "select your product list".

And the "buy online" link to order the product is also still dead.

I try the Lights-Out 100i in the 160G5 Server.
When I down the Advanced Pack Evaluation License , get the wrong version (ilo).
I rekey the right Lights-Out 100i key but it doesn't work. I reflash the ROM, the key is still the same.
How can I remove the wrong key and active the right Evaluation License.

Thanks.

Not even trying to buy a real version online works:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/remotemgmt/lightsout100i-advanced/index.html

produces:
error '80020009'

/dstore/include/CHARset_inc.asp, line 190
