topic iLO VLAN tagging and routing in Server Management - Remote Server Management

We are having an issue using iLO through the shared network port. It appears when we designate the VLAN tag as the proper id and set the cisco switch port to trunk that port, we cannot connect to it from another subnet. The nic settings are correct and we can route to other hosts on that vlan from a routed address. Are there any known issues using the iLO in this manner?
