This a DL 320 server in hp RISS system.
We have noticed the server is not responding to the keyboard via iLO.

He can reach the kickstart server located on location and when he tries to remote console he can also see the display of the server but the problem is when he tries to type something, server is not responding to the keyboard.

1. Is there a keyboard setting for iLo?
2. is this a known issue?
3. Any iLo firmware update required?
4. we see a caution event with description as server reset.

Any suggestions?

Best Regards
Roshan
Have you disabled USB in the BIOS? ILO depends on USB being enabled for keyboard & virtual media, particularly during the BIOS POST phase of server boot before any OS is up.

JD

Make sure that none of the iLO-related functionality or drivers was disabled using device manager. If it is, re-enable the functionality and restart the system.
