topic ilo with ad problems, almost there！ in Server Management - Remote Server Management

We found that by default, ilo is using AD user's "CN name" to check authorization w/ AD server. but our "CN NAME" contains chinese characters, it seems it only can pass the testcan but can NOT pass in the real log in mode in ilo. Question:
1. Can we just make the user "login name" as the ilo-login username rather than "USER CN NAME"? how & where to configure?

if the answer for the 1st question is negative. We are thinking about the 2nd workaround:

2. How can we make it pass by chiese characters in USER CN NAME if we can not use "user login name":
Our CN name contains non-english characters(chinese, such as “Bruce李”),we can pass the ilo Security-Directory test using this CN NAME (w/ chinese) ,but actually,we can not use it to login the ilo-main-page.(we have already check the ActivX option in ie-config according to some ). As soon as we change the chinese characters （“Bruce李”-->“Brucelee”） in the user CN NAME, we can log it in(Brucelee) successfully. but our company environment needs the chinese in user CN NAME.

BTW, how can i modify my post?
(it seems it only can pass the test but can NOT pass in the real log in mode in ilo)

(we have already check the ActivX option in ie-config according to some former posts)
