    <description>Is this a Windows server? If so you can check Device Manager and look at the Multifunction Adapter section for the iLO proc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does HPONCFG report that no ilo card was found?</description>

      <title>Enable ILO without reboot &amp; How to tell if ILO enabled?</title>

      <description>I have some servers that we can;t reboot and we need ILO enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've run hponcfg to program the cards and they still don't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect that ILO may be disabled but how can I determine that?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I look on the HP management home page, I don;t see anything that says ILO is disabled. There are a couple of items for the management processor:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Integrated Lights-Out = shows icon = green check&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Embedded NEC98431 = shows icon= blue ?, status = enabled, link status = unknown&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks</description>
