Is it posible to write a script to set up the Ilo/AD intergration across many servers?

Yes, you can change iLO configurations through a scripting interface, but there also is a utility that makes it easy for you:

http://www.hp.com/go/ilo --> Download Firmware --> [choose an appropriate OS] --> HP Directories Support for Management Processors

To create your own scripts:
