      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have to monitor some HP Poliant DL380 G6. I've used IPMI protocole on other server (other brand). I wan to use IPMI on ILO2 but I don't find this on the interface.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've read on an other thread that HP use an another tool, SMASH? I don't know it and don't find how to user it.</description>

      <description>IPMI support was added in the new iLO2 v2.00 that was just released last week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;iLO2 v2.00 Enhancements/New Features&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- New HP Intelligent Power Distribution Unit &lt;BR /&gt;- Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) for imported certificates &lt;BR /&gt;- A Recovery Payload that will help users recover iLO 2 from a failed firmware upgrade via FTP. Additional details can be found - in the new User Guide which can be found at &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/go/ilo" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.hp.com/go/ilo&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;- "IPMI over LAN" functionality. The IPMI 2.0 RMCP+ (or Linux ipmitool "lanplus") protocol is supported with this release. &lt;BR /&gt;- IPMI Serial Over LAN (SOL) &lt;BR /&gt;- Data Center Manageability Interface (DCMI) v1.0 specification &lt;BR /&gt;- Enhanced the "in band" Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) to comply with the IPMI specification version 2.0 &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Great :-D.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I search this new firmware but I don't find  it. I wan't to upgrade the ILO by web acess, since the operating system is not yet available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your great help.</description>
