I have just installed ILO (1.4*), signed on to the server via the web, tried to start Remote console and get the following error message:

Object doesn't support this property or method, file name: https://172.16.7.151/drcframe.htm
line no. 171

The file doesn't even exist, everthing works ok although I am limited as only using standard version.

Hi Adrian,

I would recommend upgrading the iLO FW version to the latest 1.55. There is also a security advisory about a vulnerability with the iLOs that has been addressed in the latest iLO FW 1.55.

Getting back to your question, have you applied the advanced pack licence key to the iLO to activate the graphical console support? You need to purchase the advanced licence key management pack for the ILO additionally.

Hope this helps and don't forget to assign points:)

Regards,
