      <description>I get the following error after selecting the Remote console dual cursor option:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Integrate lights out has detected an error:&lt;BR /&gt;Error message: unspecified error&lt;BR /&gt;File name: https://servername-rib/header.htm&lt;BR /&gt;Line number: 434&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It appears to be attempting to open the console in a separate window but a second window is not created.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;win2k box...any help appreciated.</description>

      <description>The Remote Console links open different brower window instances using javascript.  These are not pop-ups.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Do you have any sort of additional software running that prevents other windows from opening?  Like ad blocker software that might be overly aggressive?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Have you configured any "special" security settings for your browser?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Does the Remote Console link work?  That is, is this just dual-cursor that is not functioning?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- What version of IE are you using?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Does this happen on other client machines?</description>

      <description>Holding down the "Ctrl" key when you click on remote console sometimes helps.  It's the pop-up blocker that causing the error.</description>
