ILO Remote console dual cursor problem

I get the following error after selecting the Remote console dual cursor option:

Integrate lights out has detected an error:
Error message: unspecified error
File name: https://servername-rib/header.htm
Line number: 434

It appears to be attempting to open the console in a separate window but a second window is not created.

win2k box...any help appreciated.

The Remote Console links open different brower window instances using javascript. These are not pop-ups.

- Do you have any sort of additional software running that prevents other windows from opening? Like ad blocker software that might be overly aggressive?

- Have you configured any "special" security settings for your browser?

- Does the Remote Console link work? That is, is this just dual-cursor that is not functioning?

- What version of IE are you using?

- Does this happen on other client machines?

Holding down the "Ctrl" key when you click on remote console sometimes helps. It's the pop-up blocker that causing the error.

Thanks for your responses...turned out to be an Internet Options Java setting.
