XML Script Download not working

Hi All,
Anyone tried to download the latest XML Lights Out Scripting Zip Package, 1.70.0-1?
Anyone succeeded?
It just hangs waiting for ftp.compaq.com for me.

Yes, on one of my computers(W2K3 server) that had lots of security turned on it would hang. But when I used my desktop that went fine.

Hmm... that could mean it's getting hung up in our infrastructure.
Not sure why, other downloads are working fine.

I never got it to work via a browser from that download link.
So, I just did a manual ftp and got the file that way.
So I guess something has changed in our infrastructure that prevents me pulling down zip files. I'll have to investigate as I'm assured nothing has changed!
