Hi chongkan

Thanks for your comments, however the key point is that I only wish to open up those ports which are required for Ingetrated Remote Console access.

Hi Everyone

I'm presently trying to get the iLO-2 Intergrated Remote Console going through a firewall.

Presently only port 443 is opened to allow https traffic to the iLO-2 port.

Does anyone know if any other ports are required specifically for the Intergragted Remote Console.

I'm not interested in using any of the other features beyond this and thus will not be opening ports for Virtual Media, LDAP, Terminal Services or SNMP.

Many thanks

Open the iLO, go to the SERVICES tab and what you need to open in the firewall is what is set there, if you change a number, you set what you need from there.

See attachment.

Is there any symptom to suspect from teh firewall? are all other requirements already check? things such as specific Java version, latest firmware and drivers?
