I am getting a message of error,fro java but only for this action,i try remote console no problem,i upgrade the firmware,but problem still present.Look at image and tell if anybody got idee.

Could you power off server and remove power cable ,wait 15 sec then power on server.
I thing maybe iLO os with some issue.

that is for remote console right?

what about virtual media? same screen?

have you tried connecting a PC next to that server? Once I had a similar issue and it was the port for remote console that was blocked

I can see in the picture you add it is the virtual media that is not working, Remote Console is working fine. Am I right?
