hponcfg_gui.exe - Application Error

Guys, I've installed cp012094.exe on my Windows 2003 x64 (Standard) server.

Whn I run the hponcfg_gui.exe I get the following error.

Please check if .net 2.0 or later is present on the system.

If not, please install .net 2.0.

Hponcfg CLI would work without any issues, but Hponcfg GUI requires atleast .net 2.0.
