ilo3 remote console not working after motherboard replacement

We've replaced the motherboard on two DL380 G7, and now the remote console doesn't work.

We've set the serial and the product number, and entered the ilo license key.

When accessing the remote console we get:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
after a while.

Tried resetting ilo and upgraded to the latest fw (1.10). Only the servers with new motherboards behaves like this.

Any particular spells one need to chant for the ilo3 to work after a motherboard replacement?

May you get the Java Console output to see what happen before the "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out" output?

ILO3 version 1.15 fixes this issue.
