Hi,

I know this thread is old... however, thought to share this workaround as it might help others experiencing same difficulty.

Maximize the browser window with iLO console.

Click twice on Start button (start menu will get displayed and disappear on the second click). Now, press <Print Scrn> key without <alt>. It will capture entire screen. Corp/resize the picture as required in a MS Word file or in any other image editor.

How do you get Alt-Print Screen to work to capture an image of the iLO console window? I have tried several times. I can get a picture of the whole screen with Ctrl-Print Screen, but the iLO console window can not be captured. Other windows can be. This is on Windows XP.

Found the answer to my own question.

I wasn't able to do Alt-Print Screen to capture an image of the iLO console window when I was using the Integrated Remote Console. I tried the Remote Console instead and it worked.

Hope that answers somebody's question someday...

However, it is still a mystery why <Alt><Print Scrn> does not work with the browser window with iLO (works with any other browser window).
