Transcode/convert iLO video to ...

I have a set of clips taken from the iLO3 console recorder of ESXi installation that i want to convert to a common video format, but can find nothing that recognises .ilo format clips (GSpot, WMP both fail). Any suggestions?

.ilo being HP's proprietary , I doubt you will get a player to read .ilo's
