IMPI driver for MS Server 2012 on Proliant G6 servers

We're trying to deploy MS Server 2012 on several proliant G6 servers (mostly DL380G6 and ML350G6) and run into the same problem on all of them:

HP Insight Management agent (cp17303) cannot install because of failed dependencies (advanced system management controller driver / ILO driver). The same applies to cp016285 (Insight Management WBEM provider).

In the device manager there is an unrecognized IMPI device even tough cp016017 (ILO Management Interface Driver for Windows Server 2003/2008 x64 Editions) is correctly installed.

I tried to install cp015017 (combined chipset identifier) but that one is not supported in MS2012.

So it seems I cannot find the correct driver to fix this problem, please help.

Install from HP Service Pack for Proliant would be my best bet (2012.10 version has added Windows Server 2012 support).
