DL380 G7 update ILo

I need to update ILo 3 on our server as it's running v1.26. I always access the settings via BIOS (F8), the software is not installed on the server OS. Where can I download the update file so I can update it from the browser?

Just download the iLO3 Online Flash Components for Windows from the HP.com (below link), execute it in Windows and select "Extract" option. Inside the folder where you extracted the component, you will find an iLO3_xxx.bin file that you can use to upgrade iLO3 firmware from the browser.

Don't forget to clear the browser cache after the firmware upgrade.
