    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. it worked before on this machine (W2k364). it work now on server with similar config exept its terminal services in remote administration mode only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Terminal Services Passthrough not working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DL 320g5p/win2008R2 with latest drivers/firmare&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hplopts error detail in application log:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Terminal Services does not appear to be installed.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at hplopts.Passthru.GetTerminalServiceInfo()&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at hplopts.Passthru..ctor()&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But next entry in log is "&lt;EM&gt;The Passthrough Service was started.&lt;/EM&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ilo2 log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV align="left"&gt;Informational&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV align="left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV align="left"&gt;09/18/2013 12:37 Disconnect via passthrough port 3389: 10.64.16.115(DNS name not found).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV align="left"&gt;09/18/2013 12:37 Disconnect via passthrough port 0: 0.0.0.0(DNS name not found).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV align="left"&gt;09/18/2013 12:37 Connect via passthrough port 3389: 10.64.16.115(DNS name not found).&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;update. problem solved.&amp;nbsp; HP Lights-Out Passthrough Service requires default remote desktop services connection name (RDP-Tcp).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;instead of wtsapi :))&lt;/P&gt;</description>
