    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are the firewall settings or other issues that need to be address to access the ilo Remote Console over the WAN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am port forwarding port ##443 to iLo address 443 and I am able to login to the web interface but when I try to access Remote Control (Java or .Net) from IE, Chrome or Firefox. &amp;nbsp;Nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have opened ports 17990 and 17988 from the WAN to the LAN and the remote console works from the LAN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you test running the .NET IRC app (IRC.exe) as a standalone and see if you can connect to iLO?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The IRC.exe file should be in your local drive somewhere in: c:\Users\&amp;lt;UserName&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
