topic iLO 2 version 2.23 released. in Server Management - Remote Server Management

Problems fixed since last release:

- When the iLO DNS name was changed, the updated DNS name would not appear in the OA until after a server reboot.
- Users were unable to mount a Virtual CD/DVD-ROM in SLES 11 SP3.
- The following message appears when the Java IRC is started: This application will be blocked in a future Java security update because the JAR file manifest does not contain the Permissions attribute. This message will continue to appear when you run Java 7 unless you install an SSL certificate that is signed by a trusted Certification Authority.
- After importing a SSL certificate the iLO 2 webserver could become slow to respond.

Enhancements

- Added the ‘diffie-hellman-group14-sha1’ as the default KEX for SSH connections. Note that ‘diffie-hellman-group14-sha1’ is more CPU intensive than ‘diffie-hellman-group1-sha1’ and it could impact the SSH initial connection and re-key time.

Download from HP FTP site:

Online ROM Flash Component for Windows x64

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/sc-windows-fw-ilo/p2023401934/v91954

Online ROM Flash Component for Windows x86

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/sc-windows-fw-ilo/p1443420321/v91951

Online ROM Flash Component for Linux

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/sc-linux-fw-ilo/p1285463034/v91953
