    <description>&lt;P&gt;iLO4 gets the server hardware Inventory from the System ROM and this exchange of data only happens during POST. &amp;nbsp;Be sure the server is powered ON and POST has completed (server has already booted to the OS).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, most devices require the Agentless Management Service (HP AMS) to be running on the OS side, in order for iLO4 to monitor their status.       <title>No PCI-E information in iLO Device Inventory</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as you can see in the attached image, there aren't any information about the storage controller for the IO Accelerators PCI-E cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do we need to do to get these information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
