CTRL ALT SUP not working on ILO - DL 360p G8

I have a DL 360p G8 with the following problem:

When connecting to the server by the ILO4 we are unable to use the CTRL ALT SUP combination key on the ilo windows-screen so we are not able to remotely log into the windows 2008 R2 server.

This is the list of things we have tried:

We install a physical keyboard and it works fine however the CTR ALT SUP
Reinstall the keyboard driver
Reboot the machine
Shut down then turn on the machine
Upgrade ILO to the latest version 2.61
Also tried to progrma a Hot Key combination to perform CTRL ALT DEL when pressing CTRL + T and it doesn't work either

Nothing seems to fix the issue... Please can you give me any advice?

Please update the below drivers on the server,

ProLiant iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows

ProLiant iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package for Windows

Download the above from HPE support center. Download & install the latest version available for this model server.

Also try to remote in to iLO from another System to rule out any possible issues with the remote System that you are connecting through.

If the issue remains, please log a ticket with HPE Support.
