iLO Amplifier not sending E-Mail Alerts

Hi All,

We are running iLO Amplifier Pack Version 2.12 and have enabled / configured Alert Settings / Email Settings

However iLO Amplifier not sending E-Mail Alerts

Despite entering the SMTP Server, port, authentication

Not even sending a Test Alert is received.

Where are the logs for troubleshooting purposes????

Hi DoJu,

Were you successful in getting the emails out? I am having the same issue and went through the documentation listed but Im not able to see any email alerts at all.

I have a similar problem, my system does send emails, but not hardware alerts.

Sorry for digging up this old thread but I have to jump on the bandwaggon,

Oud iAP does not send Emails either.

I tracked it down (via tcpdump) that iLO Amplifier does NOT use a fqdn for EHLO during SMTP, which our SMTP server reject.s Dear @HPE, how can I convince the iAP to actually use an FQDN for EHLO?
