IP Console Switch G2 AF622A AF620A java & HTML5 acces not working

Recently I've been having problems with remote access to KVM sessions via browser (remotely) with our two KVM switches (AF622A & AF620A). I can get to the kvm switches and navigate around the settinga and option, but when I open a session to a device on the kvm switch either by the java applet or HTML5. I can't user the session to do anything. either the video will not refresh or both video and keyboard/mouse will not work. So it useless to try and use the browser interface. I have to go to the direct connected monitor/keyboard/mouse. which for one is 60 feet away the other 150 miles. not so easy to get to.

my guess a windows and/or java update caused the problem as was working a month or so ago and just reciently started to have the problem. I checked firmware 2.10 (9/21) is the latest and I am on that.

anyone have any other ideas?

I have not worked on this model of switch, but here is an advisory, check if this works.

that from 2014, but I did download the software and try it. it doesn't seem to be working as there is no place to enter creditals.

yes, different browsers, tried chrome and edge for first time trying to access kvm - normally use firefox. all 3 have the problem.

can't remember if started after August or September patch tuesday. gotten java, windows and firefox updates all about the same time. before posting here I tried chrome and edge.
