How do you access the RDP Deployment Web Console?

According the the Altiris user guide its:

To launch the Deployment Web Console, double-click
the icon on the desktop or click Programs > Altiris > Deployment Solution > Deployment Web Console.

I can't remember the url.

Example:

http://192.168.3.20/dsweb/default.aspx

You could also use the server name.

It will need to install an ActiveX control - Yes this means you need IE.
