    <description>Per Altiris - &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PXE-E32: TFTP open timeout.&lt;BR /&gt;TFTP open request was not acknowledged. Verify that the TFTP service is running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The question is do all your servers have the same issue?  Also don't rule out netowrk issues.</description>

      <description>I don't know what kind of switch you have but in Cisco world you may need to check to ensure 'port fast' is ON for the switch port connecting to the server.</description>
