    <description>Hi, ML370G3 on W2K3 with 4- 72Gb drives,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;from Raid 0+1 to raid 5 went smooth, with the remainder space I added another drive. red light are flashing on all four drives. Disk management sees the new partition but in not activated, when I try to active I get an error. am I to impatient this has been going on for 2 hours.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you</description>

      <description>Patience is an art and I ain't much of an artist but more of an scientist, not to be confused with meterologist...(the only job I know you can be wrong everyday without jepardizing it...)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Everything is now up and running&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for having such a place to search solutions. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
