How do I uninstall the Proliant Support Pack on Red Hat Linux 3 and Redhat Linux 4?

Kent,
Here's an unintall script I wrote several years ago that I provide on request to individuals that want to uninstall the Linux PSP.

If you execute the script with the /all parameter, it will remove all the modules. If you just run it (ie ./uninstall.sh), it will prompt you to remove each file individually.

Thanks for the script Michael. While it does clean things up, I got one error message stating that the cpqci driver is busy and could not be removed, more specifically it failed while trying to shut down the RIB agent. Any ideas?

Is there something that i need to do to this script to make it run?

I tried chmod 777 and then ./324861 /uninstall.sh. I also tried ./324861 and nothing.

I'm not sure if you've figured out the issue, but it works if I use tar zxvf 324861.gz to unpack the script, and I get uninstall.sh from it. Using gunzip 324861.gz doesn't work properly when I tried to use it.

The script works quite well. Try...

# sh uninstall.sh 0

This will will stop daemons and remove all psp packages.

This is script work with RHEL 5.6 or RHEL 6....?

In this moment exist a version of script for the new version RHEL?
