I’m trying to capture a Linux image (RHEL 5.6 x64) using RDP,

I have created the Job, add the “Create Disk Image” , and then I used “automation pre-boot environment” as “Linux Managed (64-bit)”,

The job start and server reboot 3 times before it goes to normal, but the job hangs and then it created the .img file with 0kb, please check the attached pic

Is there any extra command needs to be added?

Any idea about this issue and how to resolve it?

I also would like to deploy the captured image later..

Please let me know if more information needed on this

I appreciate your support.

Sounds like your automation env does not have drivers for the the server mass storage devices and or Nc. You can use the Wait jobs to boot in LinuxPE and test if you can browse the local disk and ping the DS.
