    <description>OK, but when I go into the CR3500 config utility in the Host Ports tab shows Active/Passive and the second controller is grayed out. Do I have to reinstall the software to configure the second controller? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Scott</description>
