Hi,
The problem is some resources of a given node fail. We don't seem to draw a pattern to determine the cause of the failovers.
We have opened support cases with Microsoft, Symantec, McAfee and HP but we still have the problem.
We've performed memory dumps, and a wide set of diagnostic tools to help determine the cause w/o success.
We've performed chkdsk /f to all local drives on both nodes.
Storage team has performed a scan of the physical disks reporting no problems.
We're using an HP XP512.
This is an FTP server.

Next step would be to check the SCSI controllers.

Thanks.

Hi,
We have a 2-node cluster (W2K3) that's having problems.
We think there may be problems at the SCSI controllers.
Is there any utility/tool that can perform either a scan or check on the SCSI controller?

Thank you.

Regards.
Edgar.

Hello Edgar,

what kind of problem?? Please provide more informations about the cluster configuration. What type of shared storage do you use?

Best regards,
Patrick

Hello Edgar,

is it often the same resource or every time an other resource? Does the resource came up after a fail-back?

Best regards,
Patrick
