Hi,

Anyone facing this issue of "javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake" when launching CMU 7.2 GUI? Any solution on this issue?

Where did you see this error ?

Are you launching CMU GUI via browser or CLI ?

Where are you launching the CMU GUI on Head node itself or other client worksation ?

What is jre version on client workstation?

Do you have firewall running on cmu server ?

If yes, are ports 1099, 49150, 80 open?

Hi Rakshika,

I got the error on both browser and CLI, and also both on Head node and client workstation.

I tried JRE version "1.7.0_55" as well as "1.8.0_05".

Firewall is disabled. I tried to changed to use different ports as well.

However, I managed to get it run after I re-install from scratch again.
