Hello.

please, we need to know, if is possible update from 5.0 version of CMU to 7.3. There is some step-by step to do it ? what is minimum requirements (licences)
customer must buy new licences to this update ? or he can use the same?.

To upgrade from an earlier versions of HP Insight CMU to v7.3 you must obtain new license keys because the license keys from earlier versions will not work with HP Insight CMU v7.2 and later versions.

I recommend looking at the posting from Armugam_Pradeep entitled HP Insight CMU v7.3 is now available on "Software Updates and Licensing", Armugam is with the HP Insight CMU Team and has step by step instructions on how to get the license keys and to download Insight CMU v7.3 DVD ISO from the “Software Updates and Licensing” site. You will need to log in to access this site.

You can also view the HP Insight Cluster Management Utility QuickSpecs, which gives a lot of information features, availability, operating system support, and Licensing and media option part numbers. Please let me know if you were successful or if you need any more assistance.
