    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per the patch install instructions, have you restarted the CMU service after applying the patch ?&lt;BR /&gt;If not please restart the CMU service &lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;"/etc/init.d/cmu restart"&lt;/FONT&gt; and then retry launching the GUI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also please clear the browser and java cache on client machine before launching the GUI.&lt;BR /&gt;To clear java cache on windows:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Control panel→java→General Tab→Temporary internet files→Settings→Delete files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know if this doesn't solve youre issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've applied this patch and I still get the handshake error. &amp;nbsp;Any further advice? &amp;nbsp;Please see attached image for exact error. &amp;nbsp;CMU is 7.3.2. &amp;nbsp;Windows Java client is 1_79. &amp;nbsp;Java client works without issue on another CMU 7.3.2 deployed installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
