Ok, I had to do a reinstall of CV to get it working but ISEE isn't getting to HP for some reason.

I ran a wsea test and nothing came back.

I ran a wsea status here's what I got:

System Event Analyzer for Windows V4.4.4 (Build 18)
Service Tools Home: C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\svctools
Service Obligation Start Date: Sat Jul 15 17:03:50 CDT 2006
Service Obligation End Date: Sun Jul 15 17:03:50 CDT 2007
ACHS/SICL/DSNlink notification: disabled.
OSEM/CSG/QSAP notification: disabled.
ISEE notification: enabled.
MOM notification: disabled.
SNMP notification: disabled.
DTCS notification: disabled.
SMTP notification: enabled.
LOG notification: enabled.
VMSMAIL notification: disabled.

I also ran a desta servob show:

Service Obligation: Valid
Service Obligation Number: USEXXXXXXX
System Serial Number: USEXXXXXXX
Service Provider Company Name: Hewlett-Packard Company

Those output seems fine to me. Am I missing something? Anyone had any problems with re-installing CommandView and ISEE no longer working?

Any help would be great! THANKS!

Nathan

Hi Nathan,

not quite sure, but probably this helps: we had once a similar problem, the reason then was, the EVA systems were not properly registered within SEA (ISEE depends on SEA).
Please check your SEA configuration (http://<IP_OF_SMA>:7902) if your arrays do show up there.
When SEA sees an EVA for the first time (may happen due to cv reinstall) it requires some configurations like serial before it actually monitors the system.

hope this helps,
regards Bernd
</IP_OF_SMA>

It shows that the EVA was discovered yesterday afternoon. I ran a wsea test again, which I could see in this page. Unfortuneatly it didn't show up in my ISEE admin page.
