EMS configuration

Please help me in providing steps to configure EMS to send emails whenever an EMS incident occours.

Hi,

By dafault, EMS sends email to root when a MAJOR WARNING or SERIUOS error is detected.

You can check this by running /etc/opt/resmon/lbin/monconfig, option M:

with severity >= MAJOR WARNING to EMAIL root
4) Send events generated by monitors
