    <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;I installed ISEE on a server using an enterprise method (i.e. using repackage.sh). When I'm trying to run ../RemoteSupport/bin/iseeConnectivityTest.sh script I see the following in the mad.log:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;160407 16:58:47.475 ERROR,[Main] Map GlobalVars crashed (vendorId = HP_Services):&lt;BR /&gt;Connection file:false&lt;BR /&gt;150: 5&lt;BR /&gt;serverName is: isee.europe.hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;150: 6&lt;BR /&gt;PROXY is: &lt;ADDRESS_OF_THE_ACTUAL_PROXY_SERVER_WAS_CLEANED&gt;:8080&lt;BR /&gt;150: 7&lt;BR /&gt;PROXY_AUTHSTR is:&lt;BR /&gt;PROXY_USER is: &lt;NULL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;checkConn:  MAPS can access the network.&lt;BR /&gt;checkConn: Removing semaphore to suppress net access message (if it exists)&lt;BR /&gt;150: 8&lt;BR /&gt;The url is: &lt;A href="http://isee.europe.hp.com:80/mots/motserv" target="_blank"&gt;http://isee.europe.hp.com:80/mots/motserv&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;150: 9&lt;BR /&gt;150: 10&lt;BR /&gt;Error calling method indexOf on object proxy&lt;BR /&gt;150: 11&lt;BR /&gt;150: 12&lt;BR /&gt;150: 13&lt;BR /&gt;150: 14&lt;BR /&gt;150: 15&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;160407 16:58:47.494 ERROR,[Main] Run of global vars map failed: 8&lt;BR /&gt;160407 16:58:49.378 ERROR,[Main] Map ISEESubmitIncident crashed (vendorId = HP_Services):&lt;BR /&gt;500: Parent dir is: /opt/hpservices/vendors/HP_Services/maps/wt/default/maps&lt;BR /&gt;500: Map Name is ISEESubmitIncident.mzp&lt;BR /&gt;Using classloader : com.motive.JSInterp.JDK12ClassLoader&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also when I'm logging in to http://&lt;SERVER&gt;:5060/start.html browser proceeds to the next screen and shows a menu. But when accessing menu elements like 'configuration options' browser frame just hangs, trying to retrieve the page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone shed some light on this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Details:&lt;BR /&gt;System: RedHat EL AS3 update 8&lt;BR /&gt;j2sdk-1.4.2_13-fcs&lt;BR /&gt;ISEEPlatform-5.1.395-500.32&lt;BR /&gt;Connection is throught http proxy, proxy connection is verified to work with "wget &lt;A href="http://isee.europe.hp.com/mots/motserv" target="_blank"&gt;http://isee.europe.hp.com/mots/motserv&lt;/A&gt;".&lt;/SERVER&gt;&lt;/NULL&gt;&lt;/ADDRESS_OF_THE_ACTUAL_PROXY_SERVER_WAS_CLEANED&gt;</description>

      <description>Can you edit motprefs file and add following entires:&lt;BR /&gt;Edit or change Log_Level value to 5&lt;BR /&gt;KEEP_MAP_RESULTS=true  (add this property under [GlobalSettings] )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Add the following section  at end of the motprefs file:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Log] &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;classloader.logType=TIME &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;javascript.logType=TIME &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;api.logType=TIME &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;guide.logType=TIME &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart the HP services.&lt;BR /&gt;And send me the mad.log&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
