ISEE Main WEB Does not Load

Hi

I am running the latest version of ISEE on a Windows 2003 server" but when I click on the ISEE icon nothing happens.

Can anyone help

Todd,

The M icon will not work unless you are physically log on the console.

If you remotely logon to the box, you can use:
http://localhost:5060/start.html

When you say your running the latest version of ISEE does this mean that you have installed the latest and greated version of HPSIM which installs Remote Support Software Manager?

If this is the case then ISEE does not report on port 5060 anymore. All the reporting is done via HPSIM under events/service events/
