      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Todd,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The M icon will not work unless you are physically log on the console.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you remotely logon to the box, you can use:&lt;BR /&gt;http://localhost:5060/start.html&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Todd&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you say your running the latest version of ISEE does this mean that you have installed the latest and greated version of HPSIM which installs Remote Support Software Manager? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the case then ISEE does not report on port 5060 anymore. All the reporting is done via HPSIM under events/service events/&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>
