    <description>HP SIM V5.1 offers an integrated remote support (ISEE A.05.00). When this module is bein installed OSEM is also being installed.       <description>yes you can configure OSEM to e-mail alerts locally - just configure your email server settings in the OSEM viewer under Settings - Local Email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In remote delivery - set it to whatever you want - you will still get local notifications if configured as above.  Be aware that you will get notifications for all events - even ones that would not necessarily cause a call to be raised.  eg - test traps, media changes etc.</description>
