Monitoring 2 different EVAs

Hi.
My company had one single EVA that was monitored by ISEE. Now, we´ve bought another EVA and I'd like the same ISEE (same machine, same software) monitor both arrays.
How can I do it? At least on the web interface, I can specify a single serial number.

Hi,

You do this by logon to WESBES (http://localhost:7902) and add the 2nd EVA onto Managed Entities.

EVA will still be monitored by WEBES and ISEE will transport incidents that require action to HP. Refer to the WEBES user guide manual :

Look for the info in "2.7 Managed Entities, Storage Cells, EVAs, and VLS"

Do you know if I'm allowed to configure myself or should I call a HP field engineer to do that?

Though it is quite a easy configuration, you can get the HP engineer to do it if the necessary support contract is active. He may also help to check for end-to-end connectivity (EVA-ISEE-HP) and take remedial action if necessary.
