      <description>Hi Panos,&lt;BR /&gt;The HP responsible, typically the TAM or ASM, with administration rights can set up customer access and grant additional users to eSMG.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;  Werner</description>

      <description>Hi Panos,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will require TAM or backup TAM privilidges to do this. Once logged in tot he eSMG, update the Customer Contacts and then ask the customer to sign up for HP-passport.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Sanjay Mundhra</description>
