If "ice" is some sort of application the you should probably start with the documentation that came with it.

Redirecting e-mail can be done in lots of ways, but if the "ice" is generating it, then you should be able to specify where the message is going from the program, or whatever "ice" is.

Ice??? What's ice? Here's some possibilities I came up with:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Online Jeweler Ice.com
IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE)
In Case of Emergency
Iron Crown Enterprises
Internet Communications Engine
Institute of Culinary Education
Illinois Computing Educators
Innovative Concepts in Entertainment
International Contemporary Ensemble
Information Center for the Environment
Indiana Computer Educators
Initiative for Cuneiform Encoding
interactive customer evaluation

and frozen water, of course.

Any of those pertain to what you're asking about?

Pete
That now makes a bit more sense.

Here are links to ISEE documentation. This would be a good place to start.

HP Instant Support Enterprise Edition Client Installation and Upgrade Guide
http://docs.hp.com/en/5990-8547/index.html
PDF Version - http://docs.hp.com/en/5990-8547/5990-8547.pdf

Navin,

If you are asking about ISEE email, you can logon to the ISEE on that Server:
http://server_name:5060/start.html

Click on Configuration options > Contacts.

You will see the email address there, make the change if needed, then Submit.

The above steps can be used on all ISEE platforms (Windows, HP-UX, OVMS, Tru64).

Hope this helps,
