      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had the same error and started the installation manually by running &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;C:\WINNT\System32\msiexec.exe /qn /l*vx RSCinstall.log /i "C:\Program Files\HP\SWMAgent\.marimba\ISEE_CMS_SWMAGENT\ch.19\data\msi\iseeClient.msi"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;from the command line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Application is still shown as "failed(install)", but at least after reboot the option is visible in HPSIM under "Options...".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Christian Bister&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>What I also found out: You need to either use direct console or when using RDP append the /console switch to be able to install some of the components of Remote Support Software Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;CB</description>
