ISEE-Functions.php error

we have just installed remote support pack for SIM

but if i open remote support configuration i get the following error

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\isee-functions.php on line 2310"

i have rasied a call with HP over 3 days ago and still nothing

ISEE is working ok, any clues?

I am confused...do you have HPSIM(V5) and ISEE(V3) on the same box? That is not possible..

i have SIM 5.2 sp2 ans ISEE version A.04.00

also have WEBES and OSEM version 1.4.7

i have removed ISEE from the server and i now get the config page up :-)

however it will not connect and register the data

just keeps failing
