      <description>we have just installed remote support pack for SIM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but if i open remote support configuration i get the following error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\isee-functions.php on line 2310"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have rasied a call with HP over 3 days ago and still nothing&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ISEE is working ok, any clues?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I am confused...do you have HPSIM(V5) and ISEE(V3) on the same box? That is not possible..</description>

      <description>i have removed ISEE from the server and i now get the config page up :-)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;however it will not connect and register the data&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;just keeps failing</description>
