      <description>I wiped out and installed 5.3 fresh, dont' have this problem anymore.   Have other problems, but not this one :)</description>

      <description>I'm getting the same error on my system.  Same version, 5.2.2.  A 5.3 upgrade really isn't an option for me right now, especially a full wipe and reinstall.  Anyone got any ideas?       <description>I've been told by HP support this is a known issue and should be fixed by applying the RSP A.05.20 upgrade tool that was released a few weeks ago, available via RSSWM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-6181/5992-6181.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-6181/5992-6181.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's a manual setup.exe you need launch. See the PDF.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately I'm now having trouble with the upgrade tool, so I don't know whether it works or not...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,</description>
