      <description>If in SIM you disable monitoring of a server for a planned outage (through Tools&amp;amp;Links in SIM), will RSP still create an incident?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so, how would you plan for maintenance to avoid incidents to be sent?</description>
