    <description>All of the software installed. There are no ISEE modules referred except for the isee to rsp migration modules. That module was installed to I removed it but the problem is still there.</description>

      <title>HP SIM  Remote Support pack</title>

      <description>When I try to access the Remote support Configuration and service option in SIM I get the following.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fatal error: Call to undefined method DOMDocuement::document_element() in &lt;BR /&gt;C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\isee-functions.php on line 1852 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a new install and I do not have ISEE installed.</description>

      <description>I also am having this problem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I thought I would try under Options, Contract and Warranty Data Collection just to see if it was completely hosed, and sure enough all systems come back as a failed or unknown. Not really surprised by that but I would like to know how to fix this issue.</description>

      <description>I have had the same problem, i uninstall sim and all the components about rsp and i reinstall sim5.3 who do all the job himself, it works but why...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Eric</description>
