Does it happen while creating a test event from ISEE? This message is shown when one of the ISEE connectivity scripts is executed using a non-console session.
Check as well that the process "mad" is running - corresponding service is HP ISEE.

Hi Mario,

This is mostly because ISEE is unable to sent an event to the HP Backend. From the looks of it, your motive application has crashed, or there seems to be an issue with the connectivity to the HP Backend. Verify that there is connectivity before proceeding.
