      <description>Make sure you have access to HP-Support Back-end servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/" target="_blank"&gt;https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://services.isee.hp.com/version/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://services.isee.hp.com/version/index.html&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://rsswm.policy.hp.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://rsswm.policy.hp.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know that HP states that IRS is not supported on a Virtual server.       <description>The problem described in this thread can cause false connectivity errors in Insight RS as well as RSP:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447627+1236582544232+28353475&amp;amp;threadId=1315858" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447627+1236582544232+28353475&amp;amp;threadId=1315858&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The workaround works for Insight RS too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Virtual servers should run Insight RS for experimentation or evaluation purposes...it's just a question of if they are supported if/when you have problems down the line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;-Andy&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
